To Order a custom Whole Hog, please follow these steps:

  1. If you haven’t already done so, place an order and pay your deposit online first by CLICKING HERE.
  2. *If* you want specific cutting instructions, fill out the below form. Otherwise, your order will be cut according to our standard cutting instructions, which can be found here.
  3. We will contact you to confirm delivery or pick up along with a timeframe.

Please note: Delivery of custom whole and half animals is only available in SE Wisconsin. You can pick your order up (for a $50 discount), or if you live in a nearby state or are passing through, please contact us for other pick-up options. We also ship our boxes to most of the Upper Midwest!

At this time, only 1 pound packages are available.
The ham must be smoked in order to taste like ham, otherwise it will taste like a regular pork roast. Smoked meat takes about 3 weeks longer to process than fresh meat.
